The light lather cleans thoroughly but gently and rinses clean easily! Less lather and less rinsing also keeps your skin from getting stripped of natural skin oils.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

For BODY WASHING - Squeeze a small amount of the body gel onto loofah or shower puff and lather onto body. Rinse.

For SHAMPOOING... use the amount you normally would. Also, I find that wetting my hands and pouring an amount in my hand (I use say the size of 50 cent piece, because I have thick hair) then rubbing my hands together, start at the scalp and working to the ends that it does lather a little bit more., then rinse thoroughly.
